A straightforward modular guardrail system built from durable, purpose-designed components. VantEdge combines one piece precision-cast baseplates, lightweight aluminum railing and simple slip fittings to create a system that is easy to configure, transport and install.
PRECISION-CAST BASEPLATES
One-piece precision-cast weighted baseplates with a protective zinc coating for enhanced corrosion resistance in demanding rooftop environments.
ALUMINUM RAIL
Lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum railing keeps the system easier to handle while providing a clean, durable rooftop installation.
SLIP-FIT CONNECTIONS
Simple aluminum slip fittings create secure connections while keeping assembly straightforward and minimizing the number of components required.

VantEdge is built around a purpose-designed family of components that work together as one engineered guardrail system. Rather than changing the system for every rooftop, the same core components can be arranged, connected and sized to suit the layout of the project.
WEIGHTED BASEPLATES
The foundation of the system. Each post is supported by a purpose-designed weighted baseplate, allowing guardrail to be installed without penetrating the roof membrane. Additional baseplates are incorporated as counterweight where required by the engineered configuration.
POSTS & RAILS
Vertical posts support the top and mid rails that create the protective barrier. Aluminum rail can be cut to project-specific lengths, allowing standard components to follow the dimensions and layout of the rooftop.
SLIP FITTINGS
A small family of fittings connects posts and rails, creates corners and changes direction. Keeping the connection system simple reduces the number of unique parts while allowing many different configurations to be built from the same components.
